BHS First Look: Early Access to videos
The new BHS YouTube subscription will feature early access to new contest releases, plus the first peek at classic performances from the vaults.
Now you can be sure to see all the best in barbershop as soon as it’s released! For just $7.99 per month, you can unlock First Look, a YouTube subscription option from the Barbershop Harmony Society.
First Look subscribers will enjoy premieres of more than two hours of videos every month —usually much more— at least a month before it’s released in public channels.

Be the first to see performances from 2023 International Quartet and Chorus Festival!
The second year of this event captivated a packed house with dozens of superb, high energy performances — and you truly “had to be there,” because it was not part of the Livestream.
Performances from the Festival will roll out to First Look subscribers throughout the month of August, at least a month before they hit the public channel.
See a rich mix from the International Quartet and Chorus Contests, and the Varsity Quartet finals
Each week, a curated mix rolls out— a sampling from the major contests at Louisville. Dozens of new tracks will premiere to First Look subscribers every week, from all rounds, all ranks, all ensemble types. See some from the quartet quarterfinals, alongside chorus medalists, alongside rising talents from the Next Gen — and the next week, a different mix.
Releases in public channels will follow a rolling schedule, at least one month later.
By October 31, all 2023 International Contest performances will premiere to First Look subscribers.
PLUS... “new” archival material from the video vaults
Be the first to see legendary —and sometimes long-forgotten— performances from the past decades. Not just contests, either: Harmony University shows, champs receptions, promos and more… an ever-changin g mix of gems from the vaults. First Look subscribers will enjoy these premieres as they become available, ahead of public release.
